Canyoning in Mallorca
The mighty mountain massif of the Sierra de Tramuntana rises 1,500 metersfrom the Mediterranean. The relatively soft limestone has allowed erosion to create enormous spectacles of nature: on Mallorca, there are a multitude of caves and seemingly bottomless ravines, which have been carved in the mountain range over millions of years. But while the huge limestone caves quickly changed into tourist centres, the deep ravines are still undetected. Only a few people, the ones who move off the beaten tracks can experience this different kind of adventure: Canyoning
Canyoning is definitely a pretty adventurous experience, where you follow the river running over rocks and waterfalls. It is a sport for everyone, whether with or without experience, because there are canyons on the island for all levels. The activity is to cross river beds, jumping from rocks into water basins, to follow the natural water slides and waterfalls. Ropes are sometimes used to overcome the most difficult obstacles.

Nous sommes deux et souhaitons faire le canyon de mortix le 14/05/2009.
Fait il partie de vos offres et si oui à quel prix ?
Notre niveau: nous avons déja pratiqué seul ce nombreux canyons comme Mascun, Sant Aniol, llech… et avons l’équipement complet.
