The ravine d’Es Llí is one of the most impressive balconies overlooking the sea of Mallorca. Very famous for its proximity to the sea and the spectacular views it offers. It can be practiced both in the rainy season and in the dry season, since its famous and impressive descents of rappel make it a spectacular torrent for any time of the year. The approach and the return are quickly, no more than 15 minutes.
The first meters of the descent are awesome and we will cross a small meadow before finding the first rocky outcrops. Once we have exceeded the first projections, we will find the first of the jumps. The rappels follow each other on the descent and, what at first seems to be an uninteresting gully, little by little it gains in intensity, verticality and aesthetics. The walls that surround it are gaining height and the channel rushes between tuffs and very vertical walls. After a few rappel descents we will reach the most characteristic point of the descent: a rappel of 56 m. and the opening of the torrent to the Marina de Valldemossa. The horizon and the great views of the sea confirm that we have chosen, without any doubt, one of the most sensational torrents on the island.
