Route Description
The adventure begins along the historic path from Pollença to Lluc, where we’ll enter a charming oak forest called Ses Voltes. From here, we start a challenging climb to the base of Puig Tomir.
Puig Tomir, one of the highest peaks in the Serra de Tramuntana, is celebrated for its panoramic views over Mallorca, including the Formentor peninsula and the Mediterranean. On clear days, you may even spot Menorca and mainland Spain. The route includes scree slopes, cliffs, and historical features like the old ice houses used to collect and sell ice.
The descent is more leisurely and takes us past the Tomir Ice House and the mountain hamlets of Fartàritx. The journey ends with a peaceful countryside walk, completing an unforgettable day of hiking.
