  • Small backpack to carry personal items
  • Clothes and sneakers or hiking boots
  • Sunscreen
  • Cap
  • Swimsuit
  • Water (minimum1,5 L./person)
  • Snack (snack, energy bars, fruit)
  • Towel
  • Camera.
  • Mobile phone
  • Unnecesary electronic devices.
  • Valuable items.
Equipment provided by Món d’Aventura
  • Qualified guide with:
    • First aid kit
    • Mobile phone and/or radio
    • Rescue and help material
  • Boat and professional captain

*Don’t forget to show up at the meeting time and place only with the necessary equipment prepared
