Climbing in Mallorca

Rock climbing is probably one of the most popular sports on the island. Mallorca is one of the hot spots and most beautiful destinations, where climbing is concerned. One can find numerous routes for all levels, the rock consists of limestone. Because of the constant weather conditions it is possible to practice this sport year-round.

There’s a choice between short routes on the waterfront, where you can refresh with a jump in the sea between routes, or alpine routes in the Tramuntana Mountains. The routes are almost all on private properties; therefore professional guides will take you – after a hike of approximately half an hour mostly - into areas that you never would discover otherwise!

Mallorca has always been an ideal destination for this unique and challenging sport. Our qualified guides can provide high quality training courses and recommend suitable routes for your level.

Sport climbing Mallorca: Beginners or experts alike can enjoy the most exciting routes on the island.

Big wall Climbing: Discover your limits climbing routes of up to two hundred meters in height and over.

All level climbing courses available: Mon d’Aventura organizes rock climbing courses of different levels of knowledge so that each participant can get in at her/his comfort zone.

  3. Hi

We live in Mallorca and we recently tried climbing in France with a guide. Our daughter (7) loved it and we would like to do a course or have further one to one instruction.

Do you do this or know of anybody who does?

  6. I am an au pair for a family just outside of palmas. I am interested in taking the two eldest children (boy-11, girl-9) on a climbing excursion. We would like to hire a guide or participate in some sort of saturday or sunday course/excursion. None of us have equipment and the children have no prior climbing experience. Please send me information on options, prices, and even memberships if you have them available. Is there a climbing gym in Mallorca?
    Thank you
