There are caves suitable for beginners, which can be explored walking. Others require scrambling, crouching, hands and knees crawling or even belly-crawling and using rope techniques. Experienced cavers can discover caves that require advanced caving techniques and equipment.

Món d’Aventura also organizes caving courses, in which you will learn the different techniques to move through a cave. An instructor will teach you how to use the equipment, the mapping and navigation in caves, and will also show you the variety of rock formations in the caves on Mallorca.
